Frequently Asked Questions
Choose a course from the course catalog and follow its enrollment link. Create an account if you are new, or log in to your existing account. Complete checkout to enroll. IAWP Premium members enter their private coupon code at checkout for eligible courses. If you are already enrolled, go to My Account to open your course.
Courses are self-paced, so you can begin after enrolling and return when it suits you. Any course-specific access period or requirements are shown on the course or program page.
You can access your courses from a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Log in to the same account each time, then open My Account to continue.
Individual courses are $29.95 for nonmembers. Eligible courses are available to IAWP Premium members at no additional charge. Premium members receive enrollment instructions directly from IAWP. The Workforce Professional Development Program has separate pricing.
Our courses are designed to be accessible from a computer or mobile device with internet access. Use an up-to-date web browser.
Complete the required course material and pass the final quiz with a score of 80% or higher. Once the course is marked complete, open its certificate link from the course page or My Account to download or print your certificate. Regular course certificates record 1 hour of professional development credit. WPDP certificates follow the program’s separate requirements.

Each regular course provides 1 hour of professional development credit. WPDP has separate program and certificate requirements. Acceptance toward an employer’s or another organization’s continuing education requirements is determined by that organization; check with it before enrolling.
Log in to the account you used to enroll, then select your course in My Account. Your saved progress and completed courses remain attached to that account.
Create an account or log in, choose an eligible individual course, and enter the private coupon code supplied by IAWP at checkout. Confirm that the total is zero before completing enrollment. If the code does not work, use the form above to contact us. WPDP has separate pricing.
Use the password-reset link on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email. If it does not arrive, contact us using the form above.
Confirm that you are logged in to the same account you used to enroll. Creating an account does not by itself enroll you in a course; enrollment also requires completing checkout. If a course you enrolled in is still missing, contact us with the course title and your account email.
The Workforce Professional Development Program has its own enrollment, pricing, sequence, and completion requirements. Its certificates are separate from regular one-hour course certificates. See the WPDP page for program details.
